PMXpert Software is a wholly owned subsidiary of Profit Systems Inc. Established in 1985, Profit Systems Inc. began with developing software for event venue management and preventive maintenance, eventually creating two subsidiary companies: PMXpert Software and EventPro Software.
To satisfy the demand from our event planner clients, we developed a third product, EventPro Planner, under the EventPro division. All of Profit Systems Inc.'s products have exploded onto the international marketplace, impressing clients in a large variety of industries and providing them with an outstanding resource for their needs.
In addition to software solutions, Profit Systems Inc. also provides training, support and custom development. We are able to serve a wide variety of clients all over the world from our head office in North America, and company branches in Australia and the United Kingdom.

About PMXpert Preventive Maintenance Software
PMXpert is an innovative automated preventive maintenance program designed for P.C.'s running Windows 2000 and above. With PMXpert, maintenance workers have the power to do their jobs more effectively and management can make more informed maintenance decisions, leading to better allocation of resources. PMXpert is designed to be flexible to any industry requiring CMMS and delivers the following features you should expect any preventive maintenance software to have:
Work Orders
Scheduling jobs, assigning personnel, reserving materials, recording costs, and tracking relevant information such as the cause of the problem (if any), downtime involved (if any), and recommendations for future action
Preventive Maintenance (PM)
Keeping track of PM inspections and jobs, including step-by-step instructions or check-lists, lists of materials required, and other pertinent details
Asset Management
Recording data about equipment and property including specifications, warranty information, service contracts, spare parts, purchase date, expected lifetime, and anything else that might be of help to management or maintenance workers. The PMXpert user is able to assign a warranty count or number of days to replacement parts/components. Once a part is installed a counter is started. If the same part is installed in the same unit during the warranty period the program generates a warning to the user.
Inventory Control
Management of spare parts, tools, and other materials including the reservation of materials for particular jobs, recording where materials are stored, determining when more materials should be purchased, tracking shipment receipts, and taking inventory.
