PMXAlerts can also be configured to let you know when Work Orders are created and closed and when Requests are created, assigned or performed. You can also stay in the purchasing loop by receiving notifications when Purchase Orders are created, authorised and received.

Did you know that you can add attachments to Assets, Inventory and Requests in PMXpert Version 10? It’s so easy! Simply click the Attachments tab for the selected asset, inventory item or request and click the New button to the right. Why would you need to add attachments? Let’s say you want to record the appearance of an asset when first purchased. Attach a photo to the asset in the Assets screen. Perhaps a part comes with a complicated diagram and detailed document required for installation. Attach scanned copies of the documents to the part in the Inventory screen. No more digging through that pile of papers and instruction manuals next time you need to find them! There are so many ways you can use attachments to record important information that was difficult or impossible to record before.
