Software Updates: New PMXpert Version Available
To get the most out of PMXpert Software, download the latest Software Update containing the New Features and Fixes listed below. To access the Update, log in to PMXpert Support, select the Downloads tab, and click on the PMXpert V 10.7 (10.7.1.361) link.
If you only want to receive the most recent bug fixes, without the new and enhanced features, click on the link appearing under Previous Version(s).
Software Updates are only available to clients with a current Upgrade Protection Plan (UPP). Version 10.7.1.361
  • When repeating a Purchase Order Find, the Search text will now be highlighted
  • Added new System Settings options:
    • ‘Reschedule the Asset Service when changing the Work Order Service Date on the PM Schedule’
    • 'Update the Asset Service Scheduled Date when changing the Work Order Service Scheduled Date’
    • ‘Default Tax and Shipping Charges to current PO values when receiving a Purchase Order’
  • The Filter screens can now be resized and maximised
  • Added 'Filter' buttons to most Find screens
  • For Assets and Work Orders, the Attachment tab will be highlighted red when it contains attachments
  • The ‘Service Forecast’ report now has a Date Range instead of a Cutoff Date

  • When performing a Request, the Performed Date will default to today’s date

  • Added ‘Location Name’ to the Work Order Service pipeline in the ‘Work Order Service List’ report

  • Error occurring when importing Detail into a Purchase Order
  • The ‘Show on PM Schedule’ option was appearing on Status Code Edit forms when it wasn’t supposed to
  • Error occurring when using the ‘Complete’ button for procedures in the Work Order Service Wizard. This is now disabled in the wizard.
  • When performing a Request from the main Requests area, the default Performed Date was incorrect
  • The ‘Work Order List’ and the ‘Work Order Service List’ reports were not respecting filters properly in some instances
  • The ‘Asset Filter’ was displaying every single abbreviation, not just one of each abbreviation, causing duplicate selections
  • Error occurring when multi-editing Assets in the Asset Import Wizard
  • Error occurring when filtering the ‘Costing Summary Asset’ report
  • In the Work Order Service Wizard, the ‘Complete’ button was disabled on the Work Order Service Procedure page
