Work Order Reports

Remember to review the standard printing options described above, under Print Reports.  Remember that you can use the Filter button to limit the work orders that appear in the report and the Sort button to sort report records.

18.Work Order List: Displays a list of work orders.
a.Check the boxes if you want to:
i.Show Service Information
ii.Show Costing Information
iii.Show Empty Services (Select this option to have the report display work orders that have no services.)
iv.Show Service Requests
b.If you do want to show costing information, you can enter a Minimum Total Cost in the field so that the report only shows Work Orders with total costs over the set minimum.
19.Work Order Service List: Displays a list of work order services, sorted by work order number.
a.Check the box if you want to Show Costing Information.
b.In the Services group box, select the checkboxes next to the services you want printed in the report.
20.Work Order: Allows you to print an individual work order or all work orders.
a.You can also print work orders from the Work Orders screen.  Find the Work Order you want to print in the Work Orders screen and click the Print button in the upper right corner.
b.If you only want to print one work order, check the Print Selected Work Order Only box and click the ellipsis next to the field below to select the appropriate work order.
c.To print a batch of Work Orders, uncheck the Print Selected Work Order Only box.  This will print all work orders in your database, unless you limit them with a filter.
d.Under Report Options, check the boxes next to the options you want to apply to the printed work order(s):
i.Print Costing Information
ii.Print Completed Band on Open Work Orders
iii.Print Asset Information on Work Orders
iv.Show Inventory Bin Numbers
v.Show Detail Totals
vi.Print Notes
vii.Print Downtime
viii.Print Open Services Only
e.Note that if the work order has any Attachments that have been marked to Print with Work Order, they will be printed along with the Work Order, if a Printer is the print destination, or added as attachments to an email, if Email is the print destination. See Chapter 6: Work Orders, Add Attachments to a Work Order.
21.Work Order – Two Columns: This is the same as the Work Order described above, except that the information will appear in two columns instead of one.
22.Work Order Service Performance: Reports on work orders performed compared to their scheduled dates.
a.Choose a Scheduled From and To date range.
