Welcome to PMXpert, the automated preventive maintenance program. With PMXpert, you will be able to monitor the use of your company’s assets and automatically schedule all your preventive maintenance activities, helping you reduce operating costs and extend the life of your assets.

What PMXpert Can Do For You...

Save You Money

Use reports to monitor your maintenance and repair costs. Know at a glance if an asset is worth repairing or if it is costing you money.
Increase productivity by automatically scheduling preventive maintenance and inspection activities.
Minimize asset downtime. Group your preventive maintenance activities and inspections together.
Reduce asset failures.  In virtually all instances, the introduction of preventive maintenance scheduling reduces asset failures by as much as 10% per year.
Prevent costly over-maintenance of vehicles.
Maintain the resale value of your assets.
Track labor activities and performance. Identify variances between labor rates and actual labor activities.
Track labor inputs for each job, helping you ensure efficient use of your human resources.

Keep You Informed

Create reports to identify the potential for problems before they occur.
Ensure that preventive maintenance and inspection tasks are not accidentally missed or forgotten.
Take advantage of manufacturers’ warranties. If a part is replaced during its warranty period, PMXpert will notify you.
Generate work orders that are clear, concise and easy to follow, containing procedures and all required parts, fluids and labor.
Monitor your existing inventory stock and create purchase orders to maintain the correct levels.
Create your own data entry fields to record additional information.

Adjust to the Way You Work

Set up each asset with as many services as necessary. Schedule regular inspections or services by a meter of your choice, such as odometer readings or hours of use.
Get work done correctly and on time.  Schedule the date of required services and record the details of each service.
Use any method of calculating asset usage, such as distance, time and frequency. Develop your own unique unit categories, unit (asset) codes, service types and frequencies.
Factor emergency repairs into the overall maintenance picture by scheduling them for attention at the same time as regularly scheduled tasks.
