What is a Selection Grid? A selection grid is a table of columns and rows listing a variety of related records.  You will see selection grids in many PMXpert screens.

Most of the selection grids throughout PMXpert can be customized to suit your personal preferences.  You can alter the horizontal order of the columns by clicking and holding down the left mouse button on a title header, dragging the header horizontally to the right or left and releasing the mouse button to drop the column in the new position.  This may be convenient if you want to move important columns to the left so that you do not have to scroll to the right to see that particular information.

To re-size the column width, click and hold on the vertical splitter bar between headers and move it horizontally to the right or left.

To return to PMXpert’s default title header order and sizes, click the small empty cell to the left of the title row and select Reset Grid Customization. To refresh the grid, click the same empty cell and select Refresh Grid.  To reset all grids at once, select Utilities | Reset Grid Customizations from PMXpert’s main menu.

To change the relative sizes of two selection grids on one screen, click and hold on the horizontal splitter bar between them.  Move the splitter bar vertically to resize the grids and release the mouse button to set it in a new place.
