| 1. | Select Setup | System Settings from PMXpert’s main menu. |
| 2. | Select the Calendar tab and enter your settings, following the instructions below. |
| 3. | When you have completed entering data into all the System Settings tabs, click Save. |

Here, you will define the colors PMXpert uses to indicate the status of services, work orders or asset downtimes displayed on the Calendar screen. For more information about the Calendar screen, see Step 12: Setting Calendar Preferences, Calendar Overview below. |

Mark a day as a Non Service Day if no services will be performed on that day. If a service falls on a day marked as a Non Service Day, it will be moved to the next available day. |
