2.Check Show on Calendar if you want PMXpert to display this type of service or work order on the Calendar Grid.  Scheduled and overdue services are always displayed on the Calendar Grid. PMXpert continually reschedules each overdue service to the current date so it cannot be overlooked.
Click to expand/collapse textNon Service Days

Mark a day as a Non Service Day if no services will be performed on that day.

If a service falls on a day marked as a Non Service Day, it will be moved to the next available day.

1.At the bottom, enter the Maximum # of Services per Asset/Day that you want PMXpert to display in each cell of the Calendar Grid.
2.For the Default Schedule Cut Off Length, enter how far ahead, in days, you want PMXpert to look when generating work orders for scheduled services. You can override this setting when generating work orders.
3.In Future Service Count, enter the maximum number of future services you want PMXpert to calculate. The service immediately following the one currently scheduled is always calculated automatically. “Future Services” refers to any subsequent services that will be scheduled following the next.   The higher the value you enter here, the more data PMXpert must search before it can display the Calendar Grid. Reduce the setting if the program takes too long to display the Grid.
